RETIRED 1980 SEAGRAVE FIRE ENGINE FOR SALE
The Superior Rural Fire District is accepting sealed, written bids for the sale of a retired 1980 Seagrave Fire Engine. Minimum bid, $1,000. The vehicle will be sold “AS-IS” with no warranties, expressed or implied. Bidding begins September 30, 2026 and ends at 4:30 pm, October 21, 2026.

Specifications: 1980 Seagrave model: HB-25067 Serial #: J73872 Motor: Detroit 8V92- 2 stroke diesel Transmission: Allison 4 speed automatic Pump: Waterous 1500 GPM single stage Pump hours: 1996 Tank: 750 gallons Mileage: 99,250 Engine hours: 4063 Equipment included: 30’ 3 section Duo-Safety ladder; 2 6” suction hoses, 10’ each: BA brackets; David Clark headset system with 3 headsets. Unit was started and driven in June, 2026; the pump was not checked, but worked when parked 6 years ago. All 6 tires have good tread and hold air (possible date code 2000).
