Serving the Mineral County Justice Court, Courts of Alberton Town Court and Superior Town Court for criminal, misdemeanor, felony initial appearances & traffic.
Schedule
Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm.
General appearances Mondays, 2 pm to 4:30 pm, Thursdays 9 am to 11 am
Omnibus hearings Tuesdays 10:00am for Justice Court.
Civil proceedings Wednesdays as scheduled.
