Park Permit Form
Any person or organization wanting to reserve Town facilities for more than 50 persons must submit a “Park Use Permit” to the Town Clerk’s Office.
A deposit of $150.00 must be submitted with the “Park Use Permit”. The deposit is refundable in whole or part, upon inspection of the park by the Maintenance Supervisor.
All permits and agreements with the Town for the use of Town facilities must contain a statement and the applicant must agree that the person or organization desiring to us Town facilities does not unlawfully discriminate against individuals or groups based upon race, color, religion, creed, political idea, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental handicap or national origin.
- NO Open Burning Allowed
- Bar-b-ques can be used
- Users that have overnight camping must provide portable toilet facilities in the area occupied by campers
- Users must provide garbage service for large or multi-day events. The area must be clean and trash picked up prior to leaving the park.
- Any damage incurred shall be promptly repaired or replaced within 10 days by a approved licensed contractor with contractual approval by the Town Maintenance Department.
- Make no alterations or additions in or to park premises without express written consent of the Town.
- The USER shall carry special events insurance liability insurance in the amount of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($750,000) for each accident, and One Million and no/100 Dollars ($1,000,000) aggregate up to One Million Five Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($1,500,000) aggregate (MCA Section 2-9-108(1)(1997). Prior to use, the USER shall provide the TOWN a Certificate of Insurance made out to the Town of Superior and naming the Town of Superior as an additional party insured.
